✨ Returns
Because our products are personal care items, we do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll review your request.
📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A brief description of the issue
After review, we’ll provide a replacement or refund.
🔁 Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund after review.
❌ Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
After that window, changes may not be possible.
💳 Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank to process the refund after it’s issued.
📍 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
